Hello Everyone. I am asking for prayer for my nephew Jestin Reed. He is the son of my sister, Valerie Reed, that died in 2004. He is only 26 years old and is in criictal condition. The short version is he had to have a pacemaker put in about three weeks ago, his heart is only pumping at about 15-20%, his kidneys are failing and they started dialysis on this afternoon, his lungs were also failiing (probably as a result of him not being able to pass urine but they finally got the line in his neck to start dialysis) and his blood pressure was constantly dropping. I just spoke with my sister and they finally got him stablized but he is heavily sedated. They eventually had to put a tube down his throat to help him breathe. The good thing is that he is stable at this point and they were able to start dialysis.
My family and I are just asking that each of you would please lift him up in prayer and that God would give us strength to accept HIS will. We all feel like we are on a roller coaster ride right about now and are just trying to make sense out of everything that is happening at this point and everything that has taken place over the past two years. Most importantly, we are praying that during this time that Jestin would receive God into his heart. Thank each of you for your support and your prayers.
p.s kiss my sister for me!
Your friend always,

I am so sorry to her about the loss of your nephew. Please know that you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. I hope that you all will find comfort in the special memories you all shared with Jestin. He is now resting with his mom.
It was hard to believe,
as I heard the news of grief
While clutching my seeds,
that maybe it was just his time to leave
couldnt quite seem to set my mind at ease
blinded by our memories
I soon became misty eyed
Felt void inside
Knowing that part of myself had died
Who am I to ask God why
Everything happens for a reason
True enough were only here for a season
But it doesnt hurt any less when were grieving
So I try to think of the happy times
Po Broke days and laughter filled nights
His smile so bright the stars seemed dim
Just to twinkle within his eyes with life
Jestin just know that we miss you
And value everything that we went through
Friend and Brother Forever !!!
We will ALWAYS Love You.
