We have never had more diet programs, more technology, diet pills, fitness clubs and websites devoted to weight loss and dieting. Yet even when weight loss seems to work, seeing less weight on the scales and looking "thinner" in the mirror is invariably the result of losing pounds of vital fluid and healthy muscle tissue, not excess body fat.
From all of the effort poured into this obsession with weight loss you would agree that our society is fighting an all out war against body fat and fatigue.
