Get rid of the sugars and increase your protein intake. Do not kill your advanced carbs either. You must have carbs to be able to urge through your workouts. Manage your advanced carbs (potatoes, pastas,rice,breads) by limiting when you are taking them in. Only consume them in the mornings and solely before and when the times you workout with resistance training.
